Even if you're a generalist, you still need to differentiate. Otherwise, the only reason potential clients have to pick you is based on price. Competing on price is nothing more than a race to the bottom and that's not a solid foundation for a business.

This two-part workshop is designed to help those entrepreneurs and small business owners who need to differentiate and can do it on their own with some direction and guidance. During the first session, I'll introduce the different ways that you can build differentiation. I'll then provide key exercises that you will do on your own between the two workshops. They will lead you to identifying what differentiates you from your competition.
In between, you will have also access to an online platform with your group to access the details of the exercises, start sharing your findings, and ask questions.
We will then come back together so that you can share the fruits of your labor with the group. Both the group and I will give you feedback. That's the second important component because you need to see what people who could be your clients think. This will help you sharpen your differentiation.
